Messages can only be loaded, edited or deleted by the webhook that sent them. Webhooks made by other apps (such as Discohook Utils) hide their token and can't be used here.
Each game server gets one forum post that the editor keeps up to date: ✅ Online ⏳ Restarting ❌ Offline. It checks the panel every minute and edits the post when the state changes, plus a refresh every few minutes so uptime stays current.
Placeholders you can use in the editor: {server} {status} {status_emoji} {status_text} {uptime} {since} {updated}. For posts with several servers, {servers} lists them all, or place each one where you want with {line:1}, {line:2}… (also {name:2}, {status:2}, {uptime:2}), numbered as in the list above. With none of them, a Status field is added to the first embed. The side bar color follows the status.

Use a client key (Account → API Credentials). Application keys can't read live state. The key is stored on the editor's server only and never sent back to the browser.
The editor must be running at that time to send it. It saves a copy of the message as it is now; later changes in the editor don't affect it.
